Victoria Beckham offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain items, including earrings and hosiery, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our designated shipping partner.
